Who we are
Nick Navarro started cleaning floors overnight as a janitor in 2016, working construction as a foreman during the day. Six years of both taught him the two halves of this trade: how a floor actually gets clean, and how a job gets finished on schedule without anyone having to chase you.
He filed Rocky Mountain Cleaning Services in July 2022 and has run it full time since. Today it is a small crew working across Ada and Canyon counties, on site together, doing the work themselves.
We own every machine we run, which is less of a boast than it sounds. It means nothing gets scheduled around a rental counter, and nobody learns your floor on unfamiliar equipment.
What we do
Most people arrive knowing their situation rather than the name of the service. Start wherever you are.
Commercial
Offices, retail, warehouses and restaurants. Strip and wax, machine scrubbing, sealed concrete and high dusting, scheduled after you close so you open on a finished floor.
Post-Construction
New builds and remodels, where the floor is under drywall dust and adhesive. We take it back to a finished surface and coat or seal it before anyone moves in.

We work when you do not
You cannot strip and wax a retail floor at two in the afternoon. Most commercial work is scheduled evenings and weekends and finished before your doors open.
The owner is on the job
Nick runs a machine alongside his crew. You are not getting a dispatcher and a subcontractor you have never met, and if something is wrong you are talking to the person who did it.
Nothing waits on a rental counter
Truck-mounted extraction, auto scrubbers, buffers and floor machines, all ours, hauled on our own trailer. Nothing gets rescheduled because a machine was unavailable.
Recurring costs less than rescuing
A floor maintained four times a year costs less per visit than the same floor cleaned once after it has gone bad. Ask us to price both and the maths usually favours the schedule.
